No, this will be a fully virtual class.  There will be an option for agents in the DMV to come together as a group when the class begins and when the class completes.

The first class will be on 1/13 at 1PM EST.  Classes will take place each Monday and Wednesday at 1PM for 6 weeks.

It’s always best to attend and engage in the live trainings when possible, but all sessions will be recorded and made available to view outside of the scheduled live sessions.  

The course is geared toward agents who are committed to growing a team, but haven’t yet done so.

Agents not interested in growing a team and agents who already have a fully developed team aren’t the right fit for this program.

You will walk away with a clear roadmap outlining the major steps needed to build your team in proper sequence. You will also receive numerous tools that will make each step easier to execute.
