My unique career in real estate allowed me to work with a wide range of personalities and exposed me to a variety of different facets of business. Outside of work I’ve leaned into personal growth and have been amazed at the impact it has made in my life. I’m excited to combine all of this into my coaching. I believe in people’s ability to grow and evolve. I love helping people to unlock their full potential and live more meaningful lives.

2004-2010: Began his career and became a top agent in Washington DC.

2010-2014: Built an independent brokerage (Lindsay Reishman Real Estate)

2014-2016: Sold the brokerage to Compass (their first acquisition in a
market outside of New York) and became President for the DC region. Helped
grow Compass to the #1 brokerage in Washington DC.

2016-2021: Partner for development company District Quarters (infill
development company in DC) and The Reishman Group (a top sales team in DC)

2021-2024: Focused on providing ancillary services to agents through
Modern Settlements and Reishman Coaching.
